Now Hiring - Sales/Project Manager in Laguna Niguel, CA

Flooring and home improvement company based out of Laguna Niguel is experiencing significant demand and is seeking two additional motivated individuals in the role of Sales/Project Manager. The primary duties of the role include:

• Contacting and communicating with homeowner new leads as they come in.
• Preparing a proposal with the support of the internal staff.
• Closing the sale and transition to project management of the job.
• Work with vendors and staff in the management and coordination of the job and materials.
• Primary contact to the customer.

You will have several opportunities and jobs in different phases of the process at the same time, so people and time management skills are critical.

Although previous experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as we are seeking that right person(s) to join our team. We greatly value our staff and are seeking individuals looking for a great opportunity as well as a career, not a job.

Salary, commission, and incentives depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
